At University Co-op, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label or bring your items directly to our campus storefront with your order confirmation.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
